Role Summary
Support Agile project delivery, project governance, compliance tracking, stakeholder management, and business analysis activities for technology transformation initiatives.

Serve as Scrum Master and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Support project planning, milestone tracking, RAID management, and project coordination.

Prepare governance reports, dashboards, executive updates, and PMO artefacts.

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Track compliance deliverables, audit findings, regulatory obligations, and remediation actions.

Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.

Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
-
5–8 years of experience in Project Analyst, PMO, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or Project Coordination roles.

Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Experience supporting technology transformation or enterprise application projects.
