About the Role
We are a fast-growing D2C perfume brand looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to manage our day-to-day warehouse operations. The role primarily involves inventory handling, stock accuracy, order packing, dispatch coordination (via Shiprocket), quality control, and maintaining hygiene & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management
- Receive, verify, and record incoming stock (perfume bottles, caps, packaging material, discovery sets, cartons, etc.).
- Maintain accurate stock levels across all SKUs and packaging materials.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and weekly physical stock audits.
- Identify and report low-stock items and discrepancies immediately.
- Update inventory records in the internal system/Excel/Tally.
- Ensure proper storage of perfumes to prevent leakage or breakage.
- Order Processing & Packing
- Pick and pack customer orders as per SOPs.
- Use Shiprocket panel to view orders, generate labels, schedule pickups, and track dispatches.
- Ensure secure, high-quality, tamper-proof packing.
- Verify order accuracy (SKU, quantity, customer details).
- Dispatch & Courier Coordination
- Coordinate daily with Shiprocket pickup agents.
- Ensure timely handover of packed orders.
- Track RTOs and restock returned items.
- Follow up on courier delays or issues.
- Warehouse Upkeep
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
- Follow safety and quality SOPs.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily stock reports, order dispatch logs, and damage reports.
- Assist in monthly stock reconciliation.
- Report operational issues proactively.
Skills & Requirements
Experience in warehouse or order packing roles (D2C preferred).
Familiarity with Shiprocket or similar platforms.
Basic computer skills (Excel, printing labels, Inventory Software).
Experience handling fragile goods.
Minimum qualification : SSC
Location : Only Mumbai candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
