- Target Setting: Define clear, actionable sales targets and quotas for individual agents and the broader team.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily and weekly metrics to ensure agents are on track to meet their goals.
- Lead Distribution: Allocate incoming leads fairly and effectively to maximize conversion rates.
Coaching & Mentorship
- Onboarding: Train new agents on company policies, local market standards, and CRM software.
- Skill Development: Conduct regular training sessions on effective negotiation, client communication, and property evaluation.
- Deal Support: Assist junior or struggling agents during site visits, client meetings, and tricky closings.
Operations & Strategy
- Workflow Optimization: Manage day-to-day operations and delegate administrative tasks to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on current real estate trends, competitor activity, and local pricing strategies.
- Quality Control: Review contracts, property agreements, and closing documents to ensure legal compliance and accuracy.

- Recruitment: Identify and attract top-producing talent to join the real estate team.
