Job Summary
CMC Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Executive – Admissions to promote the institution's academic programs and generate admissions through field marketing, school visits, educational events, counselling, and enquiry follow-ups. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be target-oriented, and be willing to travel extensively for admission-related promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote CMC Group of Institutions' academic programs through field marketing and outreach activities.
- Visit schools, colleges, coaching centers, and educational institutions to generate admission enquiries.
- Conduct admission counselling for prospective students and parents.
- Follow up on enquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and personal meetings to convert them into admissions.
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, career guidance programmes, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, follow-ups, and admissions in the ERP/CRM system.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and admission reports.
- Coordinate with the Admissions, Academic, and Marketing teams to achieve admission targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate (Any Discipline).
- 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Admissions, Sales, Business Development, or Educational Marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
- Knowledge of Hindi and/or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Strong marketing, convincing, and counselling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for admission and marketing activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM applications.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic.
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing to travel regularly for field visits and institutional meetings.
- Must be comfortable with flexible working hours based on meeting schedules and business requirements.
- Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
- Own two-wheeler will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Negotiable based on experience).
