We are seeking a driven and articulate Educational Consultant, your primary role will be a mix of proactive lead generation, client relationship management, and end-to-end university application processing. You will guide students and parents through their educational journeys, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and successful admissions experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and reach out to prospective students through various channels to build a robust pipeline.
- Client Handling: Conduct detailed consultations with students and parents to understand their academic backgrounds, budgets, and career goals.
- University Matching: Recommend suitable universities, programs, and destinations based on client profiles.
- Application Processing: Assist clients with the end-to-end admission process, including document collection, essay/SOP guidance, and application submission.
- Relationship Management: Maintain continuous follow-ups with clients, providing regular updates on their application status and building long-term trust.
The ideal candidate must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field and possess mandatory, excellent written and spoken English proficiency. We require strong verbal communication abilities to present information both clearly and persuasively to prospective students and parents. Additionally, you should exhibit outstanding interpersonal soft skills, alongside a proactive sales drive geared toward meeting targets and generating new client leads.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
