Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA Marketing freshers to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales and customer interaction, and a willingness to learn business development activities. Candidates with internship or prior exposure to cold calling or lead generation will have an added advantage.
Key Skills Required:
- Cold calling and lead generation experience
- Candidates from BPO, Call Centers, or from ANY industry with cold-calling or lead generation experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Preferred Industries: BFSI | Banking | Logistics | Pharma
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) are mandatory.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, Sales navigator, etc., social media, and marketing tools for lead generation is preferred
- Customer relationship management
- Appointment scheduling via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company's products and services.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Update and maintain customer information in CRM and other sales tracking tools.
- Research target companies and decision-makers to generate quality leads.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are converted into business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business development goals.
- Prepare daily activity reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Required Skills
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) are mandatory.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to perform cold calling and outbound sales activities.
- Basic knowledge of lead generation techniques and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator, and other lead generation or marketing tools is preferred.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA (Marketing) graduates with 0–6 months of experience.
- Candidates with internship or work experience in cold calling, lead generation, customer support, BPO, or call centers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from any industry with exposure to cold calling or lead generation will be given preference.
- Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Banking, Logistics, or Pharma will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
