Position: Field Brand Promotion Associate (FBPA)
Job Summary
The Field Brand Promotion Associate will be responsible for executing field marketing activities, promoting MAK products, increasing digital initiative adoption, and building strong relationships with retailers, garages, and mechanics.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute all field marketing and digital initiatives.
Visit retailers and garages regularly as per the beat plan and ensure proper placement of brand promotional materials.
Promote MAK products and educate retailers and mechanics about existing and newly launched products.
Drive adoption of MAK digital initiatives among retailers and mechanics.
Conduct Nukkad meetings and in-shop sales promotion activities.
Increase the mechanic base by improving coupon scan activity and mechanic engagement in the assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.
Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience preferred.
Age: Maximum 50 years at the time of engagement.
Communication Skills: Good communication skills are mandatory.
Infrastructure: Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone.
Language: Candidate should preferably belong to the same state and be able to speak, read, and write the local language.
Salary CTC: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
Final salary will be offered based on the candidate's interview performance, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
