Loan Processor (US Mortgage) – Remote (India)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Loan Processor to support U.S. mortgage and title operations. The role involves processing loan files, reviewing documentation, coordinating with lenders/title companies, and ensuring files meet underwriting requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage loan files from application to closing
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Collect & verify borrower income, assets, credit, insurance, and disclosures
- Coordinate with title companies for processing files
- Update systems and assist in clearing underwriting conditions
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of work experience (US mortgage/title processing preferred, but not required)
- Strong spoken & written English
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable working night shift
- Accounting/finance background is a plus
