Job description:
We are looking for a highly analytical and tech-driven AI Automation Intern who is passionate about automation, AI, data, and growth systems.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will focus on building automation workflows, analyzing performance data, integrating AI tools, and creating scalable systems that improve business efficiency and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage workflows using n8n, Make.com, and other automation tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation systems
- Maintain lead generation, CRM, and follow-up automation pipelines
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through automation
Analytics & Performance
- Build and maintain dashboards for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead tracking
- Integrate data from APIs, Google Sheets, and analytics platforms
- Track key metrics such as CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality
AI & Content Automation
- Analyze viral content across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
- Identify content patterns, hooks, and engagement triggers
- Automate content creation workflows for scripts, captions, and content ideas using AI tools
Data Intelligence
- Work with APIs and web scraping tools to collect and analyze data
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
- Build data pipelines to generate actionable business insights
Required Skills Must Have
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (Mandatory)
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation logic
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Systems-thinking mindset
Preferred Skills
- Experience with n8n or Make.com
- Basic knowledge of Python, web scraping, or automation
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and dashboard creation
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels and paid ads
Internship Structure
- 1–2 weeks of training followed by 2–3 months of internship
- Successful trainees will continue into the internship program
- Stipend will be provided for both the training period and internship upon successful completion of training
