What would you do? Is responsible for overseeing and leading day-to-day learning administration operations. This role ensures efficient delivery of learning services, adherence to SLAs, quality assurance, and effective people coordination. The role acts as a key point of contact between learners, stakeholders, vendors, and the learning delivery team, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in learning processes. "• Relevant years of experience in learning administration, or learning shared services• Prior experience in a lead or team coordination role is mandatory • Exposure to LMS platforms SuccessFactors & ClearXP is mandatory. Exposure of working with Australian client in airline sector." Develop learning activities and supporting materials according to the content design plan.
What are we looking for? "• Strong understanding of Learning & Development operations and shared services delivery • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning tools • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (reports, trackers, dashboards) • People management and task allocation skills • Stakeholder communication and issue-resolution capability • Knowledge of Australian compliance, workplace learning standards, and data privacy norms • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment" •"• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Certifications in HR, Learning & Development, or Operations are an added advantage" •"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" "• Lead and manage a team of Learning Admin Associates and Analysts • Oversee end-to-end learning administration activities including scheduling, enrollment, tracking, and reporting • Ensure SLA, quality, and compliance adherence across learning operations • Act as escalation point for learner and stakeholder issues • Coordinate with Learning Partners, HR, vendors, and facilitators for seamless learning delivery • Review and validate learning data, dashboards, and operational reports • Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives • Support audits, compliance checks, and data privacy requirements relevant to Australia Lead client & stakeholder interactions"
