- Manage day-to-day technical operations of commercial properties.
- Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of:
- DG Sets (Diesel Generators)
- HVAC Systems
- Chillers & Cooling Towers
- Electrical Systems (HT/LT Panels, Transformers, UPS, APFC Panels)
- Fire Alarm & Fire Fighting Systems
- Building Management System (BMS)
- Plumbing & Water Treatment Systems (STP/WTP)
- Elevators & Escalators
- Plan and execute Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance activities.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance activities.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and MIS reports.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and annual maintenance contract management.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
