Description:
Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring electronic components, raw materials, and services required for manufacturing operations. The role requires strong vendor management, cost optimization, and coordination with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure uninterrupted supply and adherence to timelines.
Responsibilities:
Ø Sourcing & Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and engage reputable suppliers for electronics components and raw materials.
Ø Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment terms to achieve cost savings.
Ø Supplier Management: Develop and maintain vendor relationships, including managing performance and resolving disputes.
Ø Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, ensuring uninterrupted production schedules.
Ø PO Management: Prepare, place, and track purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Ø Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and material shortages.
Ø Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market price fluctuations, and component shortages
Desired Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electronics & Communication engineering, Supply Chain Management
Desired Experience
· 3-5 years in a procurement role, specifically within an EMS or semiconductor industry
Knowledge & Skills
· In-depth knowledge of contracts, invoicing and negotiation terms
· Good Communication, Interpersonal and leadership skills
· Proficiency in Zoho tools and MS
· Outstanding negotiation skills
· Problem solver with a strong analytical mindset
· Excellent customer service skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
