We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand building and marketing execution for our brand across Kerala. The role focuses on influencer marketing, content creation, branding initiatives, and coordination of creative outputs to strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute brand strategies and ensure consistent communication highlighting tradition and Kerala heritage.
- Manage packaging communication, product storytelling, and brand guidelines
- Identify, engage, and manage social media influencers for promotions and campaigns
- Plan and coordinate product, recipe, lifestyle, and video shoots
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors for marketing deliverables
- Suggest and implement suitable promotional activities based on sales team inputs.
- Execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing activities
- Monitor campaign performance, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in FMCG food brand marketing (traditional or staple foods preferred)
- Strong exposure to influencer marketing and content-driven campaigns
- Ability to manage shoots, creatives, and multiple stakeholders
- Creative thinking with strong execution skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or relevant qualification.
- 4–8 years of experience in FMCG marketing or brand management.
- Good understanding of Kerala food culture and consumer behaviour.
