Manager, Fundraising & Communication
ROLE PURPOSE
Drive revenue generation and stakeholder engagement for Ramagya Foundation through strategic fundraising initiatives, compelling communication campaigns, and proposal development. Bridge organizational mission and funding sources by translating foundation objectives into persuasive narratives that resonate with donors, corporate partners, and grant-making bodies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct research and develop grant proposals to secure committed funding targets from institutional funders and grant-making bodies with documented submission timelines and approval rates
2. Map CSR ecosystem and cultivate relationships with corporate partners aligned to foundation objectives, achieving minimum quarterly engagement targets
3. Create conversion-ready fundraising collateral including proposals, case studies, annual reports, and impact narratives that articulate organizational credibility and mission alignment
4. Maintain and optimize WordPress/CMS-based website ensuring current program information, impact metrics, and donor communication channels are updated monthly
5. Execute social media strategy across institutional channels with content calendars, community engagement tracking, and quarterly performance analysis
6. Manage donor communication and stewardship activities including acknowledgment correspondence, progress updates, and relationship maintenance with documented contact logs
7. Produce monthly and quarterly fundraising pipeline reports with metrics on donor acquisition, revenue realization, proposal status, and progress against funding targets
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with program teams to extract impact data, success stories, beneficiary testimonials, and measurable outcomes for fundraising narratives
9. Develop and execute digital fundraising campaigns via email, website, and social platforms with tracking of open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Total committed funding secured against annual target (minimum 90% achievement)
2. Number of grant proposals submitted and approval rate (target: 40% approval minimum)
3. Corporate partnership relationships established and retained (quarterly growth metric)
4. Fundraising collateral conversion rate (minimum 25% of prospects to donors)
5. Website traffic and engagement metrics (monthly analytics review)
6. Social media follower growth and engagement rate (minimum 15% quarterly growth)
7. Donor acquisition cost and lifetime value ratio
8. Monthly and quarterly fundraising pipeline reporting with revenue realization accuracy (95% minimum)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
Preferred: Master's degree in Communications, Public Administration, or Non-Profit Management
Min Experience: 3-4 years in fundraising, development, corporate communications, or related roles yrs
SKILLS
Must Have: Grant proposal writing and research, Corporate relationship management and CSR alignment, Content creation for fundraising (written, digital, visual), WordPress/CMS website management, Social media strategy and content management, MS Office and data analysis, Email marketing and donor communication, Stakeholder engagement and relationship building, English communication (written and verbal), Project management and deadline adherence
Good to Have: Experience with fundraising databases or CRM systems, Video production or multimedia content creation, Knowledge of Indian CSR regulations and tax benefits, HTML/CSS basic website editing, Google Analytics proficiency, Experience with non-profit sector operations, Graphic design fundamentals, Hindi language proficiency
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
