Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets.
- Generate business through corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and institutional partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities for restaurant dining, private events, and catering.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and premium clientele.
- Conduct regular sales visits, client meetings, and networking activities.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Support digital marketing activities and social media promotions.
- Collaborate with influencers, media partners, and event organizers.
- Ensure brand visibility across online and offline platforms.
Guest & Event Management
- Handle banquet, group dining, and special event inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution of guest events.
- Ensure high guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Revenue & Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Analyze business opportunities to maximize revenue generation.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, travel agencies, concierge teams, and tourism partners.
- Maintain strong customer database and follow-up systems.
- Ensure prompt response to guest and client inquiries.
Coordination & Administration
- Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance departments.
- Maintain records of sales activities, contracts, and agreements.
- Support management with budgeting and promotional planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in hospitality sales, restaurant sales, or hotel sales.
- Experience in luxury dining or premium hospitality brands preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
