Are you an experienced operations leader with a strong background in fleet management, logistics, or healthcare operations?
Red Health is looking for a Regional Fleet Head (RFH) to lead and drive operational excellence across our Mumbai region. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end fleet operations, regional P&L, team leadership, operational efficiency, and partner management while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
✅ Leading regional fleet operations and ensuring high fleet readiness
✅ Driving operational efficiency, utilization, and cost optimization
✅ Managing regional P&L and business performance
✅ Leading and mentoring high-performing operations teams
✅ Ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and preventive maintenance
✅ Managing vendor partnerships and hospital/client relationships
✅ Leveraging data and analytics to drive continuous operational improvements
We're Looking For:
✔ 8–10 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or Healthcare Operations
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience leading large operations teams
✔ Strong understanding of fleet management, regional operations, and P&L ownership
✔ Proven experience in vendor management and stakeholder relationship management
✔ Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
