- We are seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to manage overall human resource operations for our automobile dealership and authorized service center. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, attendance management, compliance, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
- Maintain employee records, joining formalities, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievance resolution.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and monthly manpower status reports.
- Maintain professional workplace culture and employee motivation.

Qualifications
