Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience, all while adhering to best practices and organizational standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor application performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Development, Google Cloud Platform Administration.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Experience with user interface design and user experience principles.
- Familiarity with data management and integration techniques within Salesforce.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
