The mission in the GEC is to drive the strategic transformation of the engineering function within the Digital Buildings systems & project business to increase our competitiveness & improve our margins through establishing a collaborative working relationship between the Country and our Global Engineering Centre for BMS in India.
What is the role?
Individual Contributor role based in Bangalore and reporting to the Director – Global Engineering Center.
An exciting and challenging role for Global Engineering Centre Training and Knowledge Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to

Experience in driving Knowledge management, training and skill development

Drive updating of skill matrix on a quarterly basis

Measure and report the skill score
-
Map list of competencies for each role

Prepare a schedule of trainings to be delivered

Arrange and conduct technical trainings

Track number of hours of training / employee
-
Drive Communities of practice
-
Ensure smooth knowledge flow within the organization

Catalogue and organize technical information, use digitization to drive knowledge sharing

Training matrix including number of hours spent in training
-
Track improvement in proficiency correlated to training

Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation/Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering

Proven experience in Training and knowledge management

Good logical and analytical skills

Understanding of Schneider Electric Digital Building products will be an added advantage
Product Lines: Ecostruxure, M.S Excel, Smartsheet
