- Manage and maintain working knowledge of inventory and indenting processes to ensure stock levels are accurate and meet operational needs.
- Generate and analyze key reports, including sales, projections, petty cash, and wastage, to ensure accurate record-keeping and financial control.
- Oversee and guide team members during their shifts, ensuring productivity, adherence to service standards, and positive team morale.
- Resolve any conflicts among staff members promptly and professionally, fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, solve any issues, and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the shift.
- Assign tasks to staff members based on operational needs and ensure efficient task execution.
- Supervise staff throughout the shift, ensuring they are following procedures and meeting performance expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels during the shift to ensure there are sufficient supplies for smooth operations.
- Place inventory orders as needed, ensuring stock levels are maintained and avoid shortages.
- Ensure there are enough staff members on the floor to handle customer demands during the shift, adjusting staffing levels as necessary.
Address customer’s feedback and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
