Position: Tele Sales Executive (Offrole)
Role Focus: Lead Generation / Collection Calling / Insurance Calling
Location: Delhi Okhla Phase 3
Department: Sales & Collections
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls for:
- Lead generation
- Customer follow-ups
- Collection and payment reminder calls
- Insurance renewal and related calling activities
- Generate qualified leads and support business conversion.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and repayment commitments.
- Coordinate with field teams and internal stakeholders for resolution.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records in CRM systems.
- Ensure professional and customer-friendly communication during all interactions.
- Achieve daily productivity and monthly performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, collections, telecalling, insurance calling, or customer support.
- Experience in NBFC, banking, insurance, fintech, or EV financing preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in target-driven environments.
Mandatory Language Requirement : English/ Hindi
Multilingual candidate with proficiency in Kannada/ Tamil will be preferred
Preferred Skills
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Good customer handling capability.
- Basic understanding of loan collection and customer servicing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and calling systems.
