Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the financial, accounting, taxation, audit, compliance, and reporting functions at Vensor Electricals Pvt. Ltd.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial accounting, timely statutory compliances, GST and taxation matters, audit coordination, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and overall financial control of the organization.
This position plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, and providing timely financial insights to management for effective business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Accounting & Reporting
● Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the company.
● Review and ensure accuracy of books of accounts, ledgers, journals, vouchers, and financial transactions.
● Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
● Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
● Ensure proper accounting as per applicable accounting standards and company policies.
2. GST, Taxation & Statutory Compliance
● Handle and oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
● Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and other applicable statutory filings.
● Review GST reconciliations, input tax credit, sales/purchase data, and tax-related transactions.
● Ensure correct application of GST rates, HSN/SAC codes, and other applicable tax requirements.
● Monitor changes in tax laws and ensure necessary compliance within the organization.
3. Audit & Compliance
● Coordinate and manage Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and other financial audits.
● Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other professional advisors.
● Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, reconciliations, and required financial information.
● Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of corrective actions.
● Maintain proper documentation for audit and statutory requirements.
4. Financial Control & Reconciliation
● Review bank, customer, vendor, GST, TDS, and other relevant reconciliations.
● Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, outstanding payments, and collections.
● Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial position of the company.
● Identify accounting discrepancies, financial risks, and control gaps and recommend corrective measures.
● Ensure proper internal controls over financial transactions and accounting processes.
5. MIS & Management Reporting
● Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports.
● Provide region-wise/business-wise financial analysis wherever required.
● Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, receivables, payables, and working capital.
● Support management in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and decision-making.
● Provide actionable financial insights to senior management.
6. Banking & Financial Operations
● Oversee day-to-day banking transactions and financial activities.
● Coordinate with banks regarding payments, account-related matters, documentation, and financial requirements.
● Review NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transactions, cheque transactions, and other banking activities.
● Ensure timely bank reconciliation and proper recording of banking transactions.
7. Internal Controls & Process Improvement
● Establish and monitor effective financial and accounting controls.
● Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting systems, and financial efficiency.
● Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.
● Support implementation and improvement of ERP/accounting systems and processes.
● Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
