About the Role
Socialee is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
- Maintain records of leads, interactions, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation.
- Experience in digital marketing sales or agency sales will be an added advantage.
