Sales Manager – Institutional Sales

Role Overview
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead institutional sales across Delhi & NCR. The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle for schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and other educational institutions, driving revenue growth through panel sales, content solutions, and security equipment.
Key Responsibilities
· Business Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard new institutional accounts, with strong focus on K-12 schools and higher education institutions
· Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers including principals, directors, admin heads, and procurement teams
· Revenue Targets: Own and deliver quarterly/annual sales targets for the Delhi territory
· Product Portfolio: Sell across multiple verticals:
1. Panel Sales – Interactive panels, smart boards, display solutions
2. Content Selling – Digital learning content, LMS, curriculum solutions
3. Security Equipment – CCTV, access control, surveillance systems for institutions, SaaS based Cloud Security solutions.
· Pipeline Management: Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation, demos, proposal, negotiation to closure
· Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, pricing, and institutional buying trends in Delhi market
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Experience: 5-7 years in B2B institutional sales
· Industry Preference: Proven track record selling to schools and educational institutions. Experience in EdTech, AV panels, digital content, or security equipment strongly preferred
· Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. MBA preferred
· Territory Knowledge: Strong network and on-ground experience in Delhi NCR institutional segment
Must-Have Requirements
· Own Conveyance: Must have personal vehicle for daily client visits across Delhi NCR
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to conduct demos, presentations, and negotiate with senior management
· Other Skills: Self-starter, target-driven, strong negotiation and closing ability, proficient in MS Office
