Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead DevOps team to facilitate better coordination among operations, development and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes
10+ years of experience in Devops, Cloud and Kubernetes . Also knowledge and experience in OpenShift (OCP) as they have recently migrated to this platform

1. Strong understanding of standard DevOps principles and best practices
2. Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git
3. Experience working on build and release management projects
4. Proficiency with at least one build/ added advantage)
5. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and/or Helm charts
6. Good understanding of branching and deployment strategies
7. Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms and Kubernetes

Incase of performance issues, take necessary action with zero tolerance for âÂÂwillâ based performance issues
Ensure that organizational programs like Performance Nxtarewell understood and that the team is taking the opportunities presented by such programs to their and their levels below

Lead and drive engagement initiatives for the team
Track team satisfaction scores and identify initiatives to build engagement within the team
