Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Room Servicing: Make beds, change linens, and prepare rooms for new occupants. Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Inventory Management: Restock consumables such as toiletries, towels, toilet paper, and minibar items.
- Maintenance & Safety: Identify and report maintenance issues (e.g., broken light bulbs, leaky faucets) or safety hazards to management.
- Customer Service: Address guest requests and complaints courteously and promptly.
- Laundry: Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute laundry and linens when required.
- Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Experience: Previous professional cleaning or hospitality experience is preferred but entry-level positions often provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long hours, bend, kneel, and lift moderate weights.
- Skills: Strong time management, organization, and basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
