Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, networking, and field installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and surveillance systems.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install and terminate cables for CCTV and security systems.
- Configure remote viewing and mobile access for clients.
- Conduct site inspections and recommend suitable surveillance solutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
- Maintain service reports and installation documentation.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure timely service and support.
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI, Diploma, or Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a CCTV Technician or Security System Technician.
- Basic knowledge of networking, IP cameras, DVR/NVR configuration, and structured cabling.
- Willingness to travel for installation and service calls.
