Job Summary
The F&B Steward is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Present menu and explain food & beverage items when required.
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and inform seniors when necessary.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
- Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times.
- Support billing and payment process if assigned.
- Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
- Team player with good grooming standards.

- Candidates who can speak English will have an added advantage.
Qualification
- Intermediate / Any Degree / Hotel Management preferred.
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Experience
- 0–5 years in restaurant, hotel, pub, or hospitality industry.
