Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective issue resolution.
- Lead efforts to document and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting with their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based payroll integration and related business processes.
- Ability to analyze complex system incidents and implement effective solutions.
- Experience in managing change requests and maintaining comprehensive knowledge base documentation.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams.
