Job Description: Student Care ManagerJob Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and data-minded Student Care Manager to oversee student relations, manage fee collection processes, and maintain accurate operational records. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary bridge between the institution and our students, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement while strictly managing financial administrative tasks. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for this role, as you will be responsible for tracking collections, generating reports, and managing student data daily.
Key Responsibilities1. Student Relationship & Engagement Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries, grievances, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor student attendance, engagement, and overall lifecycle within the institute to proactively address potential dropouts.
- Coordinate with faculty and management to facilitate smooth batch schedules, announcements, and course delivery.
- Organize periodic feedback sessions and student engagement activities to maintain high motivation levels.
2. Fee Collection & Financial Tracking
- Oversee the end-to-end fee collection process, ensuring timely payments of installments and admissions.
- Follow up systematically with students and parents regarding overdue payments via calls, emails, and messages.
- Issue receipts, track payment clearances, and manage updates on penalties or discounts as per company policy.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
3. Data Management & Excel Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive, error-free student databases, tracking fee structures, paid amounts, and outstanding balances.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel
- Generate and present weekly/monthly reports on fee collection efficiency, aging dues, and student retention status to the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: MSW or relevant field
- Experience: 0.6–3 years of experience in student coordination, customer relationship management, or front-office operations (experience in an educational or training institute is highly preferred).
- Excel Proficiency (Mandatory): Strong hands-on knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting, and data sorting/filtering).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and the local language.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations regarding fee delays firmly yet politely.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
