- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and attend to guest needs.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Clear tables and ensure cleanliness of the dining area.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle guest complaints politely and inform the supervisor when required.
- Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant.
