Requirements
* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
* 8–15+ years of relevant experience
* Proven experience in high-rise / apartment construction
* Experience in managing high rise residential & Apartment projects
* Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, quality & site execution
* Ability to lead Site Engineers, Supervisors & subcontractors
* Good planning, coordination & problem-solving skills
* Ability to monitor time, cost, quality & project progress
Key Responsibilities
* Overall monitoring of multiple projects
* Project planning & execution control
* Site team & subcontractor coordination
* Progress, quality & resource monitoring
* Client / consultant coordination
* Weekly project review & reporting
* Identifying and resolving critical project issues
