Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 25,000 per month
Role Overview
Lumina Terra is looking for a passionate, creative, and nurturing Pre-Primary Teacher who can create a joyful learning environment for young children. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to fostering children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities for Nursery, LKG, and UKG students.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum.
- Encourage creativity, communication, and early literacy & numeracy skills.
- Maintain a safe, caring, and positive classroom environment.
- Observe and monitor children's progress and share feedback with parents.
- Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom displays.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.
- Ensure the overall well-being and discipline of students.
Eligibility
- Graduate with Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, or B.Ed. (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
