Marketing Coordinator
Location-Sanwer road Indore, Madhya Pradesh
# Qualification- B.Com / BBA / MBA
# Experience-Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Coordination, or Manufacturing Industry.
# Salary (CTC)-₹25 – ₹30k (CTC)*
# Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily marketing and sales operations.
* Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer correspondence.
* Draft professional emails and maintain business communication.
* Track customer orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
* Coordinate with production, dispatch, and inventory teams.
* Maintain inventory and order records.
* Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries.
* Assist in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing events.
* Follow up with transporters and customers regarding deliveries.
* Handle party reconciliation and documentation.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
* Perform other marketing and coordination activities assigned by the HOD.
# Required Skills
* Basic knowledge of Marketing & Sales.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Strong email drafting and documentation skills.
* Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Knowledge of inventory control and order processing.
* Good coordination and follow-up skills.
* Positive attitude and professional personality.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
