Must-Have:
- Should have experience of more than 3 years in SAP-HR with minimum one SAP implementation and one
- S/4HANA migration projects.
- Should understand and map Core HCM processes like Transfer, Promotion, Retirement etc., along with Time Management & SAP Indian Payroll.
- Integration knowledge with FI module during FI posting and bank transfer happens is a must
- Knowledge of SAP HCM on HANA i.e. H4S4 and identifies the changes between two paradigms
- Knowledge in FIORI Apps and application areas in HCM module
- Have experience to work with technical team and other modules
