We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, employee engagement, attendance management, and assisting in overall HR administration.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a good understanding of HR processes and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Support payroll coordination by maintaining attendance and employee data.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, appointment letters, offer letters, and other employee-related documents.
- Coordinate training schedules, performance review processes, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools/software.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR coordination or administration is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and people management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 0–3+ years (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)
Employment Type:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
