Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Façade Detailer with strong expertise in façade detailing, 2D shop drawings using AutoCAD, and BIM modelling in Revit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex façade systems, reviewing team deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with international standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed façade shop drawings including elevations, sections, plans, and connection details
- Work on façade systems such as curtain wall, window wall, cladding, glazing, ACP, phenolic panels, and louvers
- Develop and manage 3D/BIM models and 2D drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
- Generate fabrication drawings, cutting lists, Bills of Materials (BOM), and material take-offs
- Review and validate drawings prepared by Engineers and Junior Engineers
- Interpret design intent and coordinate/raise RFIs with stakeholders
- Ensure deliverables comply with USA, UK, and Australian standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in façade detailing
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Hands-on experience in façade shop drawings and fabrication detailing
- Knowledge of Inventor will be an added advantage
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
