Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and effectively.
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls generated from marketing and lead generation initiatives.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information and solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into appointments or business outcomes.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales/business development team.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, or a related field.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to build rapport, influence conversations, and maintain professional relationships.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in handling customer interactions over phone and maintaining accurate records.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English and Tamil (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
