Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, target-oriented, and willing to learn market strategies while contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies
- Identify potential customers and generate new business leads
- Conduct product/service presentations to clients
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Support digital marketing activities (social media, email campaigns, promotions)
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales activities
- Participate in promotional events and marketing campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 0–1 year of experience in sales or marketing (freshers welcome)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and marketing concepts
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willingness to travel, if required
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms
- Customer handling and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
