Job Title: Sales Executive – HVAC (Split & Duct Systems)Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in HVAC systems, specifically Split AC and Ducted systems. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in HVAC projects.
- Promote and sell Split AC and Ducted HVAC systems to clients.
- Meet architects, consultants, builders, and contractors to expand business.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
- Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical/installation teams for project execution.
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC sales (Split AC & Duct systems preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products and basic technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to read basic drawings and understand project requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving license (preferred for field sales roles).
