Asst.Pellet Mill Operation
· Assist the Pellet Mill Operator in performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery.
· Monitor and ensure the addition of premix in each batch.
· Record hour meter readings accurately and on time.
· Inspect hammer mill beaters and replace them as needed based on condition.
· Record and monitor molasses consumption.
· Clean magnets during each shift and measure the collected quantity.
· Maintain stock levels of molasses, oil, and tallow in service tanks.
· Clean equipment such as conditioners and molasses mixers to ensure operational efficiency.
· Inspect bolts of back and front rings of the die to prevent operational issues.
Other Activities
· Optimize the utilization of machines and reduce downtime.
· Ensure efficient usage of hammer mill beaters and sieves.
· Maintain hammer mill powder output as per standard requirements.
· Assist in increasing productivity by supporting operational needs effectively.
· Ensure the meal is conditioned properly to meet quality standards.
· Confirm premix/medicine dumping in each batch for consistency in production.
· Inspect and maintain leak-proof conditions in the plant.
· Maintain cleanliness of machines and plant floors to uphold hygiene standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
