Tender Executive
Tendering & Contracts:
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / equivalent)
- 2–5 years of experience in Governement tendering processes
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal (Government e-Marketplace) – mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer operations
- Strong knowledge of documentation, compliance, and submission procedures
- Good communication skills for coordination with departments and vendors
- Preparation, uploading, and submission of tenders on GeM portal/ Govt portals
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and deadlines
- Maintain and update tender records, documentation, and MIS reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documents and approvals
- Monitor tender status, respond to queries, and follow up on results
- Assist in drafting commercial bids, quotations, and supporting documents
- Keep track of new tender opportunities and notify management accordingly

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
