Job Summary
Synnoviq Technologies Private Limited is hiring an experienced WordPress / Elementor Developer who can independently design, develop, customize, test, and deliver professional multi-page websites.
We are looking for someone with strong practical experience in WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, UI implementation, and website QA.
This role is suitable for a developer who can understand a design requirement, create visually unique website layouts, complete the website independently, perform proper responsive testing, identify issues, make corrections, and deliver client-ready output without requiring continuous supervision.
The candidate should have a strong design sense in addition to technical WordPress knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop professional websites using WordPress and Elementor.
- Build unique layouts based on project requirements and reference designs.
- Develop complete multi-page websites rather than only landing pages.
- Create visually different designs across multiple projects instead of repeatedly using the same layout.
- Customize sections, cards, banners, galleries, listings, forms, testimonials, FAQs, and other website components.
- Ensure websites remain fully editable through Elementor.
- Maintain consistent typography, colours, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy throughout each website.
- Develop responsive websites for:
- Desktop
- Tablet
- Mobile
- Identify and fix responsive issues independently.
- Perform complete website QA before submission.
- Verify buttons, links, menus, forms, navigation, and interactive elements.
- Create and manage headers and footers properly.
- Implement sticky headers where required.
- Add and verify scroll-to-top functionality.
- Ensure images are properly sized, aligned, high quality, and not stretched.
- Use appropriate animations and visual effects without affecting website usability.
- Correct client-reported issues quickly and accurately.
- Deploy or update projects on provided WordPress environments.
- Follow project deadlines and provide accurate progress updates.
- Maintain clean and professional execution across all assigned websites.
Design Expectations
The developer must be capable of producing unique and creative websites, not simply changing colours or text on the same template.
For multiple websites within the same category:
- Section structures should be creatively rearranged.
- Hero sections should look different.
- Featured sections should be visually differentiated.
- Cards, image arrangements, content blocks, and presentation styles should vary.
- Repeating the same design structure across several websites will not be considered acceptable delivery.
- Every website should look like an independently designed project.
Creativity and layout variation are important parts of this role.

- Proper mobile spacing
- Correct header/menu behaviour
- Consistent banner spacing
- Proper font sizing
- Correct image dimensions
- Equal card alignment where required
The client standards require independent responsive testing on desktop, tablet and mobile rather than assuming a desktop design will automatically work elsewhere.
Quality Assurance Responsibilities
Before reporting a website as completed, the developer must verify:

- Section spacing is balanced
- Alignment is correct
- Header and footer work correctly
- Mobile/tablet layouts are correct
- Images are clear and properly sized
- No repeated images within the same website

Projects may operate on shared client infrastructure, so the developer must avoid adding unnecessary plugins or configurations that could create compatibility, performance, or server issues.
AI Usage Policy
AI tools may be used to improve productivity.
However:
AI-generated output must not be treated as finished work without manual review.
Candidates are expected to:

Generating multiple similar AI websites and marking them as completed will not be accepted.
Required Experience
Minimum 2 years of practical WordPress / Elementor development experience.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to install WordPress, import a pre-built template, or depend completely on AI.
