- Plan, execute, and monitor construction and industrial projects from start to completion.
- Manage project schedule, budget, manpower, materials, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site execution and ensure work is completed as per drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Review BOQ, RA bills, measurements, variations, and project costs.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, statutory, and company requirements.
- Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports and MIS.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and operations teams.
- Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and close-out.
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- 8+ years of experience in construction and industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, site execution, contracts, BOQ, billing, and subcontractor management.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel and work at project/site locations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
