Eligibility Criteria
Qualification ( Any one of the following)
- MBA ( Healthcare / Project Management)
- Master of Public Health (MPH)
Experience
- More than 2 years of experience in managing healthcare projects.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and field operations is preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must have own vehicle and possess a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned project area.
- Should be from Odisha, preferably from Western Odisha.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership, project planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS office and project reporting tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end execution of healthcare and public health projects
- Develop project plans, implementation strategies, timelines and resource allocation
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Oversee field operations,technical support,logistics and all clinical call center activities.
- Monitor project progress,quality standards, and key performance indicators
- Review MIS reports,dashboards and operational data to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies,project guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide status updates to senior management
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
