The ideal candidate will be someone who has proven experience in the sales domain or preferably from an Ed-tech background.
Job Description :
Responsibilities & Duties
*Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow up.
*Understanding customer needs and requirements.
*Learn sales-related features and advantages of entire products and services.
*Ensure to maintain a professional attitude to deal with prospects and customers.
*Explain clearly and precisely, features and advantages to the customers in nontechnical terms. Diligent follow-up.
*Achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets.
*Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
*Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Desired Candidate Profile
*Any graduates/ diploma/postgraduates can apply.
*Minimum 1 year to 8 years in core Sales/ Tele sales/ Business Development process experience(any industry)
*Candidates who have knowledge in any of the following categories are preferred Banking/ RRB/ Spoken English/ Coding/ Montessori/ Stock Market/ Quantity Survey/ Digital Marketing/ Commerce & SAP are preferred.
*Fluent in Tamil language.
*Good command of English & Tamil language.
*Should have an Android mobile phone.
