Conduct initial screening and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Understand market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Partner with hiring managers to deliver quality hiring outcomes.
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
2–3 years of IT recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Good understanding of technical roles and the IT hiring market.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
