Coordinating with Client, Shipping Line and Field Staff for shipment status, updating daily status report in excel. Coordinate with documentation staff for Checklist and submission.
- Providing information to various clients regarding Import shipments through e-mail.
- Following up with Shipping Line for vessel details.
- Keeping Customer updated on status of shipments from time to time.
- Collecting information from various Shipping Companies / Liners regarding vessel arrival status for Import shipment details and Vessel Cut off details for shipment
- Liasioning with transporters for making arrangement for transportation of various Import shipments.
- Manage implementation from start to finish.
- DFIA, FPS, FMS, VKUY,Advance license and EPCG License.
