Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enterprising and passionate Partnerships and Growth Manager who is passionate about improving the mental health infrastructure of the country. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
The candidate will work closely with the leadership team and own growth and partnership initiatives end-to-end. The role will include:
- End-to-End ownership of B2B partnerships and other collaborations
- Lead the ideation, strategy, planning, and execution of partnerships with NGOs, governmental institutions, corporates, and community organisations.
- Representing Mann Talks at external events, workshops, and meetings.
- Tracking relevant metrics, analysing impact, and refining strategies accordingly.
- Taking ownership of growth and revenue goals and ensuring timely delivery with measurable outcomes.
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the leadership team.
Desirous Candidates Must Have:
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in closing B2B partnerships, growing collaborations or similar roles.
- Demonstrated passion for mental health and social impact.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive projects and outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing on-ground initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for outreach activities.
Educational Qualification: Open to graduates from any discipline.
Location: This is an offline role, and the candidate will be expected to be based in Mumbai (Harbour line).
Salary: Depending on the candidate’s experience.
Commitment: A minimum commitment of 2 years will be required.
