What the role actually looks like:
→ Call every inbound lead within 5-10 minutes. Qualify, build urgency, book a site visit.
→ Convert site visits into advance payments. That's the job.
→ Work the CRM — log everything, follow up relentlessly, close fast.
→ Understand our ad angles (META campaigns are already live) and match your pitch to what the lead just saw.
→ Handle objections and negotiate — without running to the developer for every small decision.
You must have:
✅ Fluency in English (non-negotiable)
✅ Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience
✅ CRM knowledge - you should know how to use one, not learn from scratch
✅ Understanding of sales funnels - cold lead vs warm lead vs hot lead is not a concept for you, it's how you operate
✅ Willingness to commute to project sites in Meerut as required
✅ Based in Meerut or willing to relocate
Compensation:
Fixed: Rs. 30,000/month
Incentive: 0.25% on every plot sale you close
Quick math — average plot value is Rs. 75–85 lakh. That's approximately Rs. 18,750–21,250 per closed plot in incentive alone. Close 4–5 plots in a month and you're looking at Rs. 1 lakh+ total.
The inventory is real, the leads are coming in, and there's no ceiling on what you can earn if you do the job right.
